Jarrett Nixon

As a Fractional Chief Operating Officer, Jarrett helps Visionary business owners refine and execute their growth plans. 

 

Starting his career in sales, marketing, and customer service in a wide range of industries, Jarrett discovered a talent for quickly understanding core business drivers, and leveraging change. He has a demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, channeling the tensions of competing functions into strong bonds and high performance.

 

Most recently, Jarrett was Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Associate Broker of a high growth Property Management firm with offices in Alberta and BC.  He built the internal systems, teams, and processes to support rapid expansion, smoothly integrating a complex tech stack.

He believes businesses should care for their people, so their people can take care of clients. Systemize the predictable, so you can humanize the exceptional.

 

In addition to his Real Estate education, Jarrett holds a degree in Communication Studies from the University of Calgary, and has completed the EOS Integrator Masterclass.

In his downtime, Jarrett enjoys fly fishing, skiing, backpacking, D&D, and coaching kids basketball and baseball.
